By ordering an NHS item, you confirmed that you were a serving member of the NHS.

Unverified orders are forwarded to the Department of Health & Social Care and NHS Identity teams.
If you have placed an order containing an NHS Item and cannot verify your active service in the NHS, you can cancel your order using the form below.

Unverified NHS Orders will be cancelled and partially refunded according to our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.
