Our offices will be closed on Thursday 24th December 2020 at 12PM. We’ll be doing our best to answer as many of your emails as we can in the morning.
We’ll be back open for business as usual on Monday 4th January 2021 at 9AM on the dot!
Last Posting Dates
Our Last Posting Dates to receive your items before Christmas are in-line with the dates published by Royal Mail.
Friday 18 December – For customers selecting the Free Postage option.
Monday 21 December – For customers who select the 1st Class Postage option.
Tuesday 22 December – For customers selecting the Royal Mail Tracked 24 option.
Wednesday 23 December – For customers who select the Next Working Day option.
These are recommendations from Royal Mail and Royal Mail cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for some of their services.
We will have Royal Mail collections on Christmas Eve & New Years Eve and will do our best to get as many orders as we can processed for these collections.
We have also temporarily lowered the cost of the Royal Mail Tracked 24 option. As the name suggests, it is a fully tracked service with email & optional SMS updates. Most Tracked 24 items are delivered Next Working Day.
