As you may be aware, the Communication Workers Union (CWU) has called on its members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take strike action on the following dates:

• Friday 26 August 2022 – ** Orders will be sent with our collection on Saturday 27th August **
• Wednesday 31 August 2022
• Thursday 8 September 2022
• Friday 9 September 2022

Customer orders sent out via our standard (1-2 working days) and free shipping (2-3 working days) may notice a potentially significant delay in receiving their orders.

Orders sent to UK Mainland addresses via our next working day from dispatch service will not be affected by the Royal Mail strikes. We encourage customers who need items urgently to order in advance of these strikes or to select our Next Working Day service.

Royal Mail has advised that their “Royal Mail Tracked” services will be prioritised over standard 1st and 2nd class mail. For customers who do not need to order via the next working day service, our Royal Mail Tracked option may be a suitable alternative.

If you have any questions, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
